Thank you for shopping with TotalFit Store! Here's what you can expect when you place an order with us.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only) We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United States.
